After verification, we'll arrange a replacement within 5–6 business days at no additional cost. Claims made after 48 hours from the delivery time will not be eligible for a replacement.
Our posters are printed to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for a size or design chosen by mistake. Please check the size chart and preview carefully before ordering. We will replace or refund, free of charge, if: 1. the print arrives damaged, creased or wet How to raise a claim: Email support@rjsons.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video. The unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage claim with our courier partner. Claims submitted after 48 hours from the delivery time will not be eligible for replacement or compensation. Once approved: Replacement dispatched within 2 business days at no extra cost. Refund credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once a print has entered production, we are unable to cancel it.
