1. Acceptance & Eligibility
The Site is operated by RJsons("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy; if you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may refuse service where reasonably necessary.
2. Posters & Pricing
We display our posters as accurately as possible, but slight colour variation between your screen and the printed poster may occur. All prices are in Indian Rupees. Prices and availability may change without notice for future orders — the price shown at the time you place your order is what you pay. We may limit quantities or discontinue any poster at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete account and purchase information. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your full card or banking details. An order is confirmed only after payment is successfully authorised. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available — full payment must be made online. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues); any amount paid on a cancelled order will be fully refunded.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines shown are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- You may cancel an order only while it is in "Pending" status. Once confirmed, it enters processing and cannot be cancelled through the Site. Amounts paid on a cancelled order are refunded to your original payment method within 2 to 5 business days.
- As our posters are printed, delivered orders are final sale — no return, exchange or refund for change of mind, except as required by law.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email support@rjsons.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs, and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
6. Intellectual Property & Your Content
All designs, artwork, logos and content on the Site belong to RJsonsor its licensors and are protected by Indian intellectual-property laws. Posters are sold for personal, non-commercial use only; you may not reproduce, resell or create derivative works from our designs without written consent. If you submit reviews, ratings or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display them in connection with the Site, and you confirm they do not violate any third party's rights. We may remove content we consider unlawful or objectionable.
7. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose; infringe intellectual-property rights; harass, defame or harm others; submit false or misleading information; upload malicious code; scrape, spam or collect others' personal data; or interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
8. Third-Party Services
The Site relies on trusted third-party services (such as Razorpay for payments, Google for optional sign-in, and courier partners for delivery and tracking) and may link to third-party websites. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.
9. Liability & Indemnity
The Site and our posters are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You agree to indemnify RJsons against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.
10. Grievance Redressal
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, any complaint about your order or the Site may be sent to our Grievance Officer at support@rjsons.in. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt.
11. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms by posting changes to this page; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Questions?
